I was born in Ukraine, grew up in Israel, moved to Boston, and finally landed in East Bay California. All these cultural influences & changes made me who I am today & built my passion and style of cooking. I don't believe I could've been who I am now without all the stages in my journey.

My Mom is the best cook I know but she never let me do anything in the kitchen, so my first cooking experience was only when I got married. The very first thing I made was a whole wheat bread and, surprisingly, it was really good. I was so happy that the next day I tried again, but let's just say that the first time was just beginner's luck... It took me 7 tries to get it right again. I've been perfecting my Challah, Sourdough & other breads & cakes ever since.

When I feel like I need an energy refill I turn to my kitchen and the magic happens. The aroma of a fresh baked pastry that spreads over the whole house and kids running downstairs asking what smells so good is all you need. I realize it's selfish of me to keep it all to myself, I and finally decided to share it. Can't wait to meet & see you all 😊.
